Account & Registration

Creating a Petanitoto account takes under two minutes. Click the Register button on the homepage, enter your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred username and password. You must be at least 21 years old to register. Once submitted, you will receive a verification email — confirm it and your account will be active immediately.

Petanitoto requires three items for KYC: a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), a proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie holding your identification document. KYC is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Submissions are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.

No. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Petanitoto account. Creating duplicate accounts — even under a different name or email address — is a violation of our Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are subject to permanent closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. If you have inadvertently created a second account, contact support immediately.

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page and enter the email address registered to your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Follow the link, set a new secure password, and log in as normal. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact support at support@petanitoto.cam.

To permanently close your account, email support@petanitoto.cam with the subject line Account Closure Request, including your registered email address and reason for closure. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after KYC review. Please note that account closure is irreversible.

We also accept cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless using crypto.

The minimum deposit at Petanitoto is RM 30 per transaction for all Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, and bank transfers. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum equivalent applies based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional security reviews.

Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals at Petanitoto are typically processed within minutes once your KYC verification is complete and the withdrawal request has passed our standard security review. In some cases, processing may take up to two hours during peak periods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network confirmation times. FPX and DuitNow withdrawals follow a similar rapid timeline.

Petanitoto does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider — such as Maybank, CIMB, or Touch 'n Go — may apply their own processing charges. For cryptocurrency transactions, standard blockchain network fees (gas fees) apply and are outside Petanitoto's control. We recommend checking your payment provider's terms before transacting.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Petanitoto is RM 50 for Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as your Petanitoto account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.

Withdrawal holds at Petanitoto most commonly occur when KYC verification is incomplete, when a bonus wagering requirement has not yet been met, or when the transaction has triggered a routine security review. You will be notified by email if additional documentation or action is required.
