Limit how much you deposit per day, week, or month. Works across all deposit methods — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, and more. A reduction applies immediately; an increase is delayed by 24 hours.
Set a maximum daily or per-session play duration. When your limit is approaching, we'll remind you on-screen. At the limit, your session ends automatically so you can take a proper break.
Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 28 days. During a cooling-off period, your account access is suspended and you won't receive any promotional messages. Reactivation requires expiry of the full period.
Our most comprehensive protection. Choose 30-, 60-, or 90-day exclusions, or request permanent closure. Processed within 24 hours. All marketing stops immediately. Re-registration during an exclusion period is blocked.
Activating Your Tools
Access your Petanitoto account from the homepage. Navigate to your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Inside Account Settings, locate the "Responsible Gaming" tab. All available protection tools are consolidated in this single section for easy access.
Choose the tool you want to activate — deposit cap, time limit, reality check, cooling-off, or self-exclusion. Enter the relevant values (amount, duration) and confirm your selection.

Platform Policy
Petanitoto operates under a responsible gambling policy that commits us to specific standards of player protection across all areas of our platform. What follows is a plain-English summary of our core policy commitments. The full policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.
The minimum age for any form of real-money gaming on the Petanitoto platform is 21 years. This applies to all game types — slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery, and all others. Age is verified both at the point of registration and during the KYC process prior to withdrawal. Petanitoto will not under any circumstances permit gameplay by individuals who have not been verified as meeting the 21+ requirement.
Any registered member may request self-exclusion at any time, for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period: account access is blocked, all promotional and marketing communications are suspended, and any attempt to register a new account under the same identity will be identified and refused. At the end of a temporary exclusion, account reinstatement requires a written request from the member and a 24-hour consideration period — an intentional friction to prevent impulsive reinstatement.
Petanitoto does not target promotional communications at members who have shown indicators of problem gambling behaviour, or who are currently under any form of self-imposed limit or restriction. Members in active self-exclusion periods receive no promotional content whatsoever. Bonus offers are not structured in ways designed to encourage members to chase losses or extend sessions beyond healthy limits.
