Petanitoto Platform Agreement

Petanitoto ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") operates an online gaming platform offering lottery draws, live casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules under which registered members ("you", "the Member", "the User") may access and use the Platform's services.

These Terms apply to all areas of the Platform, including but not limited to the website at petanitoto.cam, any associated mobile interfaces, account management functions, payment processes, bonus and promotional programmes, and customer support services.

Petanitoto reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this document periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — The Petanitoto website at petanitoto.cam and all associated gaming, payment, and account management services operated thereunder.
• "Member" / "User" — Any individual who has completed the registration process and maintains an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created upon successful registration, used to access Platform services and manage funds.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Member into their Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — Credits granted by the Platform through promotions, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing or upon the Platform's request.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The multiplier applied to bonus amounts indicating how many times the bonus must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit; the primary currency in which all Platform transactions are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any territory or jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is legally restricted or prohibited.

To be eligible to open and maintain a Member account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use only — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by Petanitoto;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy for a third party;
• You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will;
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your wagering decisions.

Petanitoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each Member is permitted to maintain one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

From time to time, Petanitoto may offer promotional bonuses, reload credits, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's communication.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not used within this period will expire and be forfeited.
• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Petanitoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, hedging bets across outcomes, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to account suspension.
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Players self-excluded from the Platform are not eligible for any promotional offers during the exclusion period.

All games offered on the Petanitoto Platform operate under the rules published within each individual game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation:

• Creating more than one (1) account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other obfuscation tools;
• Attempting to reverse, cancel, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider (chargebacks) after those funds have been used for wagering;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards Platform staff or other Members.

Petanitoto actively monitors Platform activity for irregularities. Suspected prohibited conduct will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Petanitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Platform suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity;
• The Member's account is subject to a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• The Member is found to be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• The Member has self-requested exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of pending or disputed amounts will be returned to the Member through an appropriate payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account termination for breach of these Terms.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support at support@petanitoto.cam. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Petanitoto provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — Define a maximum continuous play duration. You will receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net activity.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an exclusion period, you will be prevented from logging in and will not receive promotional communications.

All content on the Petanitoto Platform — including but not limited to software code, design elements, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Petanitoto or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract the Platform's source code;
• Use the Platform's name, logo, or branding in any commercial or non-commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petanitoto shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from your wagering decisions;
• Loss of data, account access, or gaming sessions arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including processing delays or errors outside of Petanitoto's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Petanitoto's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. In any event, Petanitoto's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by Petanitoto's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

Petanitoto will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligation.

Petanitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via the email address on record or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petanitoto is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact Petanitoto's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The Platform commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances warrant.
